1. 14-Day Service Guarantee
If our services do not commence within 14 days of your successful payment, you are eligible to initiate a full refund of the amount paid.
Service commencement is defined as the point where our team begins the execution of your project, provides the first set of deliverables, or provides access to the purchased platform/tools.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are generally considered under the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery of service: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline (subject to the 14-day rule mentioned above).
- Duplicate payment: In case of technical errors where a customer is charged twice for the same service.
- Service issues: If there is a significant discrepancy between the service promised and the service delivered, which cannot be rectified by our support team.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the service has already been substantially completed or fully delivered.
- If the delay is caused by the client's failure to provide necessary information, credentials, or approvals required to start the work.
- Change of mind after the service has already begun.
- Violation of our Terms of Service by the user.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide a detailed reason for the refund request and proof of payment.
- Our billing team will review your request within 5-7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 7-10 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Cancellation Policy
Users may request to cancel their subscription or service order at any time. However, cancellations made after the service has commenced may not be eligible for a refund of the current billing cycle.
